Our client, Dutchie, is looking for a super reliable Delivery Driver who is an expert at customer service, transporting items in a safe, timely manner, and keeping accurate record each step along the way to stay compliant with the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (AMMA). The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off wholesale orders in their own insured vehicle while following assigned routes and time schedules.
The position is part-time (20 – 35 hrs/wk) to start, during typical business hours (M-F, 9a – 5p). Deliveries will originate in the Tempe area. Pay is $12 – 13/hr DOE plus mileage with benefits after 90 days at F/T.
Responsibilities
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, compliant, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the invoices and delivery slips are correct, and delivery customer is satisfied.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients on the spot.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules exactly.
- Abiding by all transportation and AMMA laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
Requirements

21 and over. 23+ preferred

Valid AZ driver’s license

Clean 3 year driving record

Must pass a fingerprint and federal background check

Must be able to qualify for a Dispensary Agent Card

Delivery experience is preferred

Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation and AMMA laws

Strong time management and customer service skills

Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
